The registration fee for equipment* includes the participation the checking process and to the trials (each equipment should be registred to attend the tests and be included in the analysis).
Each operator must registrate as a participant.
If one device requested several operators, the device must be regitered only one time with one of the operator.
The registration fee for participant includes the attendance to the technical and scientific activities (checking process, trials and scientific conference), conference proceedings, participation to the conference banquet and coffee breaks.
* At least one participant must be registred with each equipment.
Lunch
It is possible to eat at Ifsttar staff canteen with a unique price of 12 € for a menu.
You must indicate during the registration process if you want to eat at Ifsttar.
The costs will be included in the total invoice.
It will not be possible to pay directly at the Ifsttar canteen during the workshop.
